A career opportunity has arisen for the role of Senior Channels Analyst within the Group IT division of CBZ Holdings. If you want to join a team of dynamic IT professionals, this is your opportunity.

What we expect from you

  • Deploy new applications and perform upgrades to existing systems.
  • Analyse and develop requirements specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts to guide developers.
  • Document important keys shared in line with business guidelines for the relevant systems.
  • Install Debit Card issuing, and Card acquiring systems in consultation with service providers.
  • Configure, test, and certify new card programs with payment associations.
  • Perform Hardware Security Module configurations, management, and key configuration.
  • Design, develop, implement, and test Internet banking systems.
  • Perform user licenses activation procedures and implement configurations of user specific customizations.
  • Install and test server side and client-side Mobile Application systems.
  • Implement and test IT Digital Treasury Interfaces systems.
  • Perform Swift maintenance and support activities.
  • Perform relevant tests on the channels systems.

Qualifications, Skills and experience required.

  • A bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • ITIL Foundation, ATM / POS Security Certification, Postilion Administration Certification
  • 3 Years’ experience supporting Acquiring, Issuing, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Treasury Interfaces or Digital Payments systems.
  • Experience in system analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of the area of support
