Company Overview

Willbey Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is a registered microfinance company in Zimbabwe, dedicated to providing financial services to Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs). We are seeking a skilled and experienced Loans Officer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial analysis and ratio analysis to assess loan applications from SMEs.
• Utilize problem-solving skills and credit appraisal techniques to evaluate creditworthiness and
risk.
• Manage loan portfolios effectively, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing defaults.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand clients’ needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.

Requirements

• A degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Studies, or any other related field.
• A professional course in Credit Management, Credit Administration, Securities Management
or IOBZ is an added advantage.
• At least one year of experience in a Bank or Microfinance Institution well-versed in customer services or credit granting processes.
• Experience in SME lending and collections is essential.
• Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to interpret financial statements.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and credit appraisal expertise
