Company Overview

Willbey Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is a registered microfinance company in Zimbabwe, dedicated to providing financial services to Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs). We are seeking a skilled and experienced Loans Officer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough financial analysis and ratio analysis to assess loan applications from SMEs.
Utilize problem-solving skills and credit appraisal techniques to evaluate creditworthiness and
risk.
Manage loan portfolios effectively, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing defaults.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand clients’ needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.

Requirements

A degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Studies, or any other related field.
A professional course in Credit Management, Credit Administration, Securities Management
or IOBZ is an added advantage.
At least one year of experience in a Bank or Microfinance Institution well-versed in customer services or credit granting processes.
Experience in SME lending and collections is essential.
Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to interpret financial statements.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and credit appraisal expertise
