Job Advert: Human Resource Officer (Harare)

Are you passionate about talent management and creating a vibrant workplace culture?
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in a growing microfinance organization? Willbey Solutions is looking for dedicated and skilled Human Resource Officer to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement talent management strategies to support the growth of our organization.
• Create and enforce HR policies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Provide training and support to staff members on HR-related matters. • Address staff grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
• Manage recruitment processes and conduct inductions for new hires.
• Oversee payroll management and ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Maintain leave records and manage the leave roster effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a microfinance or financial institution.
•Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
•Proficiency in HR software (Belina) and Microsoft Office Suite.
