What we expect from you.
- Ensure Active Directory synchronization service is running on the AAD on premises server.
- Ensure synchronization of Active Directory objects is working between Azure AD and On- Premises Active directory.
- Investigate and resolve all suspected and actual IT security incidents in accordance with the IT Security Incident Management Standard.
- Ensure that Azure Active Directory tenant is in good health.
- Ensure users are given appropriate licenses to products related to their area of work in O365.
- Resolve incidents as per the incident management guidelines and ensure calls do not always go overdue.
- Perform proactive capacity management activities on Microsoft based systems and Security related systems to prevent service disruptions.
- Create Active Directory objects as per request from It Service Desk and Business.
- Amend AD groups as required and grant user access rights using the least privilege concept.
- Test of all new windows patches on Test or DR systems to determine compatibility with user applications in the organization.
- Monitor Microsoft based Enterprise Systems such as Active Directory, Exchange Server, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and System Center Operations Manager (SCOM).
- Monitor performance of Enterprise systems and perform Capacity management on the systems.
Qualifications, Skills and experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Microsoft certification.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Cloud Administration
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Management skills.
- Good communication skill
