MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising Security Guards;Enforcing discipline as enshrined in the Security code of conduct;Monitoring Security Guards duty roster and occurrence books;Supervising shift handover-takeover;Deploying Security Guards;Maintaining spot checks on all guarded posts;Briefing Security Officers on any anomalies within the security system;Heading the morning, afternoon and night shifts;Performing any other duties as assigned by the Security Officer through the Unit Command Structure.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in Security/Risk Management, Police Studies or equivalent;
Five (5) ‘O’ Level passes including English Language;Possession of a class 3 Driver’s Licence will be an added advantage
Two (2) years relevant working experience in a security organisation such as the Zimbabwe Republic Police, Zimbabwe National Army, Zimbabwe Prison and Correctional Services or any other reputable security company
