Job Summary
Some exciting opportunities have arisen to join our fast paced, innovative and agile team in Life Assurance Division. Applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals are invited to fill the positions of Sales Representatives that have arisen within our organisation.
Reporting to the Team Leader, duties and responsibility include:
Prospect business opportunities and present insurance products to Individual and corporate clients
Evaluate corporate clients’ or individual customers’ needs and financial status, and propose
products that meet their criteria
Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by
networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
Generate leads, follow up and convert leads into sales
Ensure that all service requirements are met, facilitated, and customers are satisfied
Improve retention of existing business.
Achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications, Experience & Competencies
Degree or Diploma in any Commerce related field
Sales experience or willingness to learn
Innovative
Ability to sell products in a corporate setting
Customer centric
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Ability to plan and organise
Ability to work independently and deliver results without close supervision
Must have a smart phone or laptop
We can consider sales experience despite not meeting the education standard.
Remuneration
Commission commensurate to business acquired will be payable monthly.
