REQUIREMENTS
5 O Levels including English, Mathematics or Economics
Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning or equivalent
Ability to produce and interpret building and layout plans
AutoCAD
Computer literate
Clean Class 4 Driver´s Licence
Must be between 30-45 years
Clean Criminal record
DUTIES
Assist in the development of the Corporate Strategic Plans
Spear-head the production and approval of Local Development Plans
Assist in the Production of layout plans for business centres
Carrying out feasibility studies
Showing layout stands on the ground
Pegging of stands
Stands boundaries dispute resolution
Planning and drafting of layout extensions
Assist in the development and control
Production and approval of building plans in the council area
Compilation of stands data base
Assist in all planning matters
Assist in the preparation of land use plans
Production of site plans
