Sales Representative
Job Description:
A leading construction company in based in Harare is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability across our divisions (construction, fencing, steel, and precast products).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, and online leads
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid product knowledge and persuasive communication
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, site visits, and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Work closely with admin and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects and services
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service preferably in the construction industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage
Basic Salary: $250 plus Commission
