A local company specialising in the manufacturing and distribution of tissue products is searching for an energetic and performance driven Sales and Marketing Representative.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, creating and distributing marketing content effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Sell all company products to the allocated market in order to generate targeted revenue per assigned channel including B2B segments.
• Create and source new distribution channels.
• Receives orders and follows through with the sales processes up to post-purchase stage.
• Informing customers about any promotional offers
• Identifying problems areas in the supply chain and come up with measures to mitigate.
• Manage CRM systems and strengthen client relationships.
• Manning social media platforms.
• Create online and offline marketing contentthat help drive sales.
• Plan and execute campaigns and events
• Track, analyze and report the success of campaigns and events
• Market Research/ Analysis
Qualifications and Experience
• 1-3 years of experience
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing or a related field of study
• Clean class 4 driver’s license is a must
• Knowledge of packages such as Pastel and Sage Evolution& CRM systems is an added advantage
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Creative digital marketer
• Strong negotiation skills
• Computer literacy
Remuneration Model – basic salary + commission
