A local company specialising in the manufacturing and distribution of tissue products is searching for Sales Administrator.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for manning the front office and administration tasks for the sales department.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist with sales administrative tasks such as compiling quotations, photocopying, filing, and data entry.
• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting and welcoming them appropriately with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Attend to incoming and outgoing calls; transferring and taking messages as needed.
• Provide relevant information about the products to visitors/callers and capturing enquiries.
• Timeous distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
• Compilation of sales reports according to set timelines.
• Ensure that the reception area is kept clean at all times.
• Assist in Sales Promotions, Corporate Events or PR Activities.
• Monitor and replenish sales office supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
• At least Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing
• 1 year experience
• Knowledge of packages such as Pastel and Sage Evolution
• Be aged twenty-three (23) years and above
• Computer literate
• Excellent communicator
• Well groomed
• Customer responsiveness
• Computer literacy
Remuneration Model – basic salary + commission
