Job Summary

Our purpose is to inspire healthier communities by providing global standard health and wellness solutions. In pursuit of this purpose, we are looking for a Receptionist to join the organization and provide quality health care to our clients by delivering friendly, efficient customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests to retain and attract new customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Welcoming patients pleasantly and politely on arrival and assisting with relevant information.
Responding to and resolving customer issues, complaints, and problems quickly and efficiently.
Capturing all patient details on the national medical aid claim form into the Trimmed System.
Checking HIP System to verify the validity of patients’ medical aid accounts.
Receiving, screening and directing all incoming calls to the appropriate individual or office promptly and accurately in a friendly and courteous manner.
Receipt cash, reconciling the receipts and banking daily.

Key Competencies

The ideal candidate should possess a pleasant personality and the ability to formulate and execute actionable plans to achieve goals and objectives. Effective communication and time management skills are essential, as the role involves collaborating with diverse professionals.

Qualifications

Diploma in Marketing/Secretarial Studies/Administration.
Minimum of 2 years’ front office experience in a Health or wellness environment.
