Leading Real Estate looking for a Sales Agent
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent located in Chivhu. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for finding potential customers to buy stands, seeking out new business opportunities and providing guidance to clients about the buying or selling process, preparing real estate agreements of sale, and arranging property viewings to a Chivhu project.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or related field
Strong sales, negotiation, and marketing skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision and in a team environment
High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Excellent knowledge of the Real Estate industry and Chivhu market
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
Valid driver’s license
Must own a car, laptop and smart phone.
Remuneration is commission-based.
