Job Title: 2 x Provincial Administration Officer
Location: 1x Bulawayo , 1x Harare
Job Grade: D3
Reporting to: Provincial Manager/Statistician with close monitoring from Finance and Administration Division and Human Resource Division, Head Office
Job Purpose
The job holder will be responsible for finance, administrative and human resource duties within the Provincial office to ensure the Agency’s objectives and goals are achieved.
Qualifications, experience, attributes and competences
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration, or a relevant field.
1-year post-qualification experience in accounting, or administration is preferred.
Familiarity with human resource management principles and relevant labour laws.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Palladium, SAP and Pastel
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure
Higher level of integrity, analytical skills and professional ethics.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
Maintain accurate financial records and perform accounting functions
Process payments, invoices, and receipts, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Monitor and reconcile financial transactions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation and filing.
Administration Duties
Asset management activities, including tracking, recording, and maintaining accurate records of provincial organizational assets.
Provide general administrative support to the provincial office, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and training sessions.
Maintain and update office systems, databases, and records.
Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for staff and visitors.
Human Resources Duties
Support human resource functions, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new staff.
Assist in maintaining employee records, including personnel files, leave management, and attendance records.
Coordinate employee benefits, compensation, and performance evaluation processes.
Support the implementation of human resource policies, procedures, and programs.
