Reports to: Capacity Building Manager
Action for Youth Foundations Trust is looking for a Project Mentor who will be providing mentorship to the organization for the running of Churches & Communities Initiative at voluntery basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Providing mentorship on how to conduct dialogues in churches.
– Supporting the organization in writing manuals and guides for the Initiative.
– Liasing with other Project Mentors in planning and implementation of programs.
– Report writing.
– Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
– A diploma or degree in theology is a must.
– Currently working as a Pastor or a Chaplin is an added advantage.
– 2-4 years experience as a Religious Leader
