OFFICE ASSISTANT: UZ VN HOTEL AND LEISURE PVT LTD (1 POST)

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate must be able to:
 Ensure reception of company visitors
 Meet the communication needs of the Inn Manager as well as orchestrating
his/ her schedules.
 Ensure all correspondences are on time.
 Ensure all deadlines are met.
 Manage all appointments to ensure they are all met.
 Keep record of company’s activities through writing of minutes, filing of
correspondences etc
 Manage company’s records.
 Type memos, letters, etc so as to acquire written documentation of all activities.
 Receive company visitors.
 Organise the Inn Manager’s & his or her office, ensuring there is order, good
presentation and high level of cleanliness.\
 Coordinate internal and external meetings and functions from the Inn
Manager’s office.

Qualifications and Experience

 Diploma in Secretarial Studies/Public Relations/Sales and Marketing.
 minimum of 5 ‘O’ Level passes including English Language and Mathematics.
 A Level passes will be an added advantage.
 At least 1 year working experience as a Secretary or receptionist
