CLIENT SERVICE CLERK (FIXED TERM CONTRACT)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Attend to doctors’ requests and make follow-up on all information required
Attend to telephone queries/ customer complaints regarding results and conduct investigation on the complaints.
• Attend to queries obtained from clients.
• Print out reports from the information system for patient results/ tests and fax them to the relevant doctors.
• Attends to walk-in patients/ visitors to ensure their needs are attended to and referred to relevant departments.
• Seek authorisation from medical aids using the appropriate means for walk-in patients and submit samples prior to rendering service.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Relevant Social Science diploma or Degree
