Brand Storyteller – Full Time

To be successful in the role the incumbent should possess;
1. Creative writing and storytelling: Creative Writing and experience in writing engaging stories and content.
2. Marketing and branding: Understanding of marketing principles, brand development, and brand management
3. Communication and narrative techniques: Knowledge of storytelling structures, narrative arcs, and how to craft compelling messages that resonate with audiences.
4. Digital media and content creation: Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and digital tools for creating and publishing content.
5. Brand voice and tone: Ability to develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across different channels and content types.
6. Emotional intelligence and empathy: Understanding of human emotions and motivations, and the ability to create stories that evoke emotions and empathy.
7. Data analysis and interpretation: Ability to use data and analytics to inform storytelling decisions and measure the impact of brand stories.
8. Collaboration and project management: Experience working with cross-functional teams, managing projects, and meeting deadlines.
9. Adaptability and creativity: Ability to think creatively, adapt to changing brand needs, and come up with innovative storytelling ideas.
10. Strong communication and presentation skills: Ability to effectively communicate brand stories and ideas to various audiences, including internal stakeholders and external partners.
Skills & Qualifications
Copywriting or content marketing related certification
Marketing Degree or equivalent qualification
Proven track record of success in driving leads, sales, and brand growth
Strong skills in:
– Digital marketing channels (paid social, email, search engine marketing)
– Content creation (writing, design, video production)
– Brand development and identity
– Data analysis and reporting
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software
Experience with graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite)
Knowledge of appropriate Digital Marketing Softwares
Certification in digital marketing
