Farm Manager, Beitbridge, Zimbabwe
Chamkoto Farming Pvt Ltd is seeking a farm manager for our citrus operation in Beitbridge, Zimbabwe.
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and contribute to the development and expansion of the farm.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of daily farm operations including irrigation, pest control, and harvesting of citrus crops.
Supervise farm workers and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Lead citrus crop development including land prep, installation of irrigation infrastructure and planting.
Maintain farm infrastructure and equipment in good working condition.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage finances and expenditure against an agreed budget.
Selection Criteria:
Experience in farming or related agricultural management roles.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment.
Knowledge of farming techniques, irrigation systems, and pest management practices.
Willingness to live full-time and work in Beitbridge, Zimbabwe.
