Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Banking and Finance (essential).
- Strong attention to detail and basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software is an advantage.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic youth-centred environment.
- Experience working or volunteering in an NGO setting (an added advantage)
