Housekeeping Assistant – Harare Vacancy
An upmarket guest house in Harare is urgently looking for a mature Housekeeping Assistant.
Responsibilities:
Cleans rooms and public areas.
Prepares rooms in preparation of guests.
Shows guests their rooms and ensure they are know how to use room gadgets.
Assist to sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, beddings, and other laundry items.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience as a Housekeeper
A minimum of 5 Ordinary Level passes. A qualification in Tourism and Hospitality will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Attention to detail
Good time management skills.
Good communication skills.
