Are you passionate about electronics and skilled in repairing a variety of devices? We
are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Workshop Technician to join our
dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a range of electronic devices, including printers, TVs, computers, and related equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and testing to ensure functionality and reliability of repaired devices.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes and costs to clients when necessary.
- Ensure all repairs comply with safety and quality standards.
- Manage tools and workshop inventory efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest repair techniques and advancements in electronic
technology.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: Diploma or certification in electronics, electrical engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic repairs (printers, TVs, computers, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Proficiency in using testing and repair tools/equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills for client interaction.
