Workshop Operations Supervisor
Harare | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily workshop operations and workflow.
• Ensure all materials and components are in place for each job.
• Conduct job inspections and ensure quality control.
• Coordinate staff training and development.
• Handle purchasing and inventory of technical components.
• Maintain workshop safety and production standards.
• Engage with clients and assist with technical sales and quotations.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong background in mechanical/production engineering.
• Experience in workshop supervision or technical operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage sales and client relationships professionally.
• Knowledge of gear systems and engineering processes is a strong plus.
• 4+ years in a similar position.
• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering
• Proven experience in workshop supervision or similar roles
• Proactive, reliable, and confident in managing people and projects.
• Basic knowledge of Shona or ability to communicate effectively with a local team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
