Volunteer Graduate ICT Intern
Join our Operations team as a Volunteer Graduate ICT Intern if you are willing to:
Learn new tools
Support production systems
handling customer queries
Liaise between clients and the development team
In this role, you’ll tackle production issues, assist the Customer Support team, and analyse system errors. Ideal for someone keen to grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Be part of a team passionate about delivering quality and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Investigating and resolving production issues.
- Responding to escalated customer support inquiries.
- Conducting root-cause analysis of production errors.
- Developing operational automation software.
Requirements and skills
- Working knowledge of databases, SQL, C#, JavaScript and .Net Framework.
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
- Excellent communication and marketing skills.
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
- Collaborative team player.
- Bonus: Experience in SDLC projects, Operations, or Quality Assurance.
