Qualifications in Telecommunications, or related field
Experience in installing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting the following:
IP Telephony, Contact Centre, IPBX, Video Conferencing, Telephone Management, Collaboration tools.
Routing and Switching, Virtualization, and Server Infrastructure
Two years of working experience
Clean Class 4 Driver’s License
No Criminal Record
