Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Travel Consultant at Tourice Travel in Harare. The Junior Travel Consultant will be responsible for travel consulting, travel management, travel arrangements, customer service, and reservations. The role will involve assisting clients with their travel needs, managing travel itineraries, providing recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
Experience in customer service and reservations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of any GDS
Strong problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of travel destinations and travel regulations
Proficiency in travel software and technology
Foreign language proficiency is a plus
