JOB TITLE: TRANSPORT AND LOGISTIC OFFICER (1)
Job Description
Assist the Transport department in the following areas
• Completing daily vehicle checklist for trucks and motorbike
• Completing weekly checklist for allocated vehicles
• Assist in ensuring that logbooks are accurately completed and reviewed
• Keeping track of each vehicle service schedule
• Completing generator log sheet
• Assist in producing weekly and monthly vehicle status reports
• Ensuring that all vehicles are fully licensed
• Keeping updated files for repairs and maintenance for each vehicle
Skills Required
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Extensive critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
• Great organization, time management and prioritization abilities
• Comfortable in high-pressure and fast-paced environment
Qualifications Needed
• A degree/ Diploma in Transport and Logistics
• Driver’s license isa must
