Main Responsibilities
Training Officers to support all Customers with Epiroc equipment in the country
Ensure quality technical and operator training is provided to our customers – internally and externally
Liaise with the product company technical department and forward relevant information to Product Support where applicable
Design and develop quality training material
Ensure that all training records, filing, and reporting are kept up to date
Assist with troubleshooting equipment when required – internally and externally
Assist PSD and other departments in the company as and when required
Control costs of company assets
Conducting skills gap analysis for staff
Develop a yearly training plan and adhere to it
Education And Experience
A good knowledge and understanding of Epiroc products and services
Minimum Of One Year Experience In a Similar Position
Tertiary qualification in a related field
Key competencies
Interpersonal skills to work with customers
Strong self-management character with process ownership
Relevant business acumen and ability to sell products and services
