British American Tobacco Zimbabwe has an exciting opportunity for a Trade Marketing Executive in Harare
To achieve the agreed sales targets and trade coverage plans by maximising productivity in the area of selling for each trade channel in line with the trade marketing and distribution implementation plan and to the required customer service level.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Achieve the trade coverage, call frequency and outlet call plan to meet distribution objectives
- Achieve distribution objectives of product availability, customer service levels, fair trading, stock holding and stock rotation
- Provide trade marketing information and reports on performance.
- Efficient and effective distribution of cigarettes into the trade to achieve Territory volume targets.
- Ensure any customer reconciliations or investigations are raised with the TMR and are resolved.
- Maintain accurate records and submit reports as requested
- Always ensure adherence to the Depot Manual policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to all EHS requirements.
- Implement route trade marketing plan which meets the objectives of the route trade marketing plan
- Manage the implementation of account plans for merchandising and promotion in the outlets of account chains
- Implement route marketing and promotion programmes with optimum use of resources and materials
- Manage assets (ISF, POS) for the route to ensure that trade marketing resources are secure
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Finance/ Marketing / Supply Chain/ Sales & Distribution
- Good experience in the field
- Selling skills and good interpersonal skills
- Driving license (valid for a minimum of two years) – mandatory
- Self-motivation
- Accounting skills
- Computer Skills and knowledge of SAP, Word and Excel.
