We are currently seeking for Tracking Clerks with great communication skills, excellent warn players who are highly safety conscious and self-motivated. These individuals will be responsible to track organizational fleet effectively and safely to ensure high productivity while enforcing adherence to all company safety and quality standards including SOPs.
DUTIES
Tracking truck movements, updating various systems
Communicating with drivers, follow up on night movement, alert activations etc., start-off times
Monitor and report any trunk deviating from route and/or stopping in ‘NO-GO. zones
Report any vehicle tracking units not working to the Workshop
Maintain records for all communications pertaining to tracking and monitoring 0 Update route maps with distances. duration of travel and identified route hazards
Monitor and follow up on breakdowns on route
Report compilation
REQUIREMENTS
5 O-levels including Mathematics in English
Supply Chain Management or Transport & Logistics Management diploma or certificate
Minimum of 1 year experience In mining or manufacturing industry
Class 4 Drivers Licence an added advantage
Knowledge of mining operations logistics
