Job Vacancy: Tour Guides.
ZIMTOURS, a leading tour operating company specializing in educational tours, group tours, and leadership training in Zimbabwe, is currently seeking to fill vacancies for Tour Guides to join our team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
Consulting with clients to ascertain tour requirements
Confirming bookings before departure
Guiding clients to and from destinations
Ensuring tours go according to the itinerary and meet all customer expectations
Serving as a contact person for the company
Assisting in supervising school children
Requirements:
5 O’Level passes, including English
Basic knowledge of various tourist destinations in Zimbabwe
A Tour Guiding Certificate will be an added advantage
Excellent communication skills
Passion for traveling
High level of customer service and the ability to build rapport
Basic knowledge of first aid is a plus
