COMPETITIVE (DOMESTIC) TENDER INVITATION
The Grain Marketing Board Pension Fund is inviting tenders from eligible and qualified audit firms for the following tenders:
Tender Number: GMBPF/03/2023
Tender Description: Provision of internal audit services
Closing date and time: 24 November 2023 @ 1100 hours
Tender Number: GMBPF/04/2023
Tender Description: Provision of external audit services
Closing date and time24 November 2023 @ 1100 hours
Details of the tenders are obtainable upon purchase of Tender documents from the Grain Marketing Board Pension Fund offices, Raymark Court, 64 George Silundika Street / Fifth Street, Harare upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$50 per tender document.
The tender documents are sold between 0900 hours and 1300 hours from Monday to Friday. Tenders must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside with the tender number, the description, closing date and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer. The tender must be posted in time to be sorted to the above address.
Requirements:
a) Valid tax clearance certificate,
b) Registration with PAAB,
c) Company profile with at least three traceable references from relevant organisation,
d) CR14 or equivalent,
e) CR6 or equivalent,
f) Certificate of incorporation or equivalent,
g) Copy of tender document purchase receipt,
h) Tenders must reach Grain Marketing Board Pension Fund offices, Raymark Court, 64 George Silundika
Street / Fifth Street, Harare on or before 24 November 2023 at 1100 hours GMT either by hand delivery, post or courier services and be deposited in the tender box at the reception.
i) Late submissions will not be entertained.
