A local pharmaceutical organization looks to fill in the vacancy for the Telesales position
Applications are being invited for suitable and interested persons who will be part of the Marketing department.
The incumbent shall be reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.
Duties
• Contacts potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answers questions about products or the company
• Asks questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Directs prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enters and updates customer information in the database
• Takes and processes orders in an accurate manner
• Handles grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Goes the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keeps records of calls and sales and note useful information to generate data that can be used for market intelligent.
• Generates repeat business by promoting new offers to customers
• Converts customer inquiries into sales opportunities
• Provides market research through outbound calling
• Conducts customer satisfaction surveys
• Produces weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to be reviewed by management
Qualifications Required
A Marketing/Dispensary Assistant/Pharmacy Technician qualification is desired.
Minimum of 1 year experience working a high pressure pharmaceutical organization in the same position.
Incumbent must be self motivated, be able to pay attention to detail and quick to respond to clients.
