Applicants are invited to fill in the following vacant positions that have arisen in our Life Assurance Division:
Reporting to the Client Experience and Engagement Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Contacting potential clients through calls to offer insurance products
2.Client retention and customer relationship management
3.Logging and creation of tickets using the companies recommended systems
4. Cross-selling and upselling of insurance products
5. Consolidating daily, weekly and monthly reports
6.Generating referrals
7. Identifying customer pain points and offering solutions
Key qualifications, experience & competencies
Degree or diploma in a business-related field
Sales Experience
Aged below 25
Fluent in English. Ndebele and Shona
Strong morale standing
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team • Be an articulate and effective communicator across all levels of business
Goal-orientated, dependable and focused on a long-term sales career
Strong analytics skills with the ability to take proactive steps in resolving queries
