Tele Sales Agent
We are looking for a results-driven Tele Sales Agent to generate sales over the phone, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to promote and sell products/services.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide product information.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy; CRM experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated and resilient.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum O-Level/A-Level Certificate.
- Diploma or degree in Marketing or Business is advantageous.
- Experience in sales or call center roles preferred.
