Action for Youth Foundation Trust is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization that creates a safe and conducive, violent-free environment for Youths living with HIV, Orphans & Vulnerable Children and Youths in Key Population Communities in Zimbabwe.
The organization is looking for a Technical Officer to provide guidance and support during the implementation of Churches & Communities Initiative (CCI) on a voluntary basis.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinating CCI work-plans & programs
- Facilitating during the Churches & Communities Initiative sessions.
- Strategic Planning.
- Collaborating with other partners, religious leaders for smoother implementation.
- Report writing and submission.
- Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least a Diploma/Degree in Theology or Pastoral Care is a must.
- A postgraduate Social Work certificate or diploma is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience providing pastoral care.
- A CPD Qualification is an added advantage.
- Experience in proposal & grant writing is a must.
- At least 2 traceable references from clergy is a must.
