Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing infrastructure and security team.
2. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure.
3. Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies to safeguard the organisation’s data and systems.
4. Plan and execute infrastructure and security projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
5. Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring the procurement of reliable and cost-effective solutions.
6. Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to meet the company’s requirements.
7. Generates revenue through cross-selling, installations, and training.

Qualifications

1. Degree in ICT or related field.
2. Certifications in Cisco, ITIL, and Microsoft will be an added advantage.
3. 3 Years in IT Infrastructure and cybersecurity.
4. Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud computing (e.g., Azure, AWS), virtualisation, and endpoint management.
5. Should be occupying a middle management position.
6. Knowledge of strategy formulation and development.
7. Clean Class 4 driver’s license
