Supervision of: BA Supervisors

Job Description
Developing and executing the sale and customer experience plan.
Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
Hire, train, motivate and advise the brand ambassadors
Achieve company objectively planning thoroughly, setting sales and customers service goals, analysing performance data and making forecasts
Develop skills continuously for hiring, training and leading team members and ensure they’re using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check ins with brand ambassadors to set objectives and monitor progress.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Experience
Minimum of 1 year in the Financial Services Sector
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent
Skills Required
Good analytical, and reporting skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Track record in designing and executing successful sales strategies.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to plan, multi-task & manage time effectively.
Ability to work in a team environment
