Participating in writing consultancy proposals

Applicants must hold a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences passed with at least an upper second class.
A further post-graduate qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation is a must.
Skills required include qualitative and quantitative data processing and analysis; excellent communication and report writing.
