A local faith-based organization involved in development, advocacy and humanitarian work seeks to fill the following vacant position(s)
Student Interns x 2
Purpose of the position
The student interns will be responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, monitoring and
evaluation of the program.
Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in planning of program activities
Assist in program implementation (mobilization of participants, beneficiary registration,
trainings, distribution of program materials)
Assist in programming monitoring and evaluation (data collection, analysis and management)
Assist in documentation and reporting
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Educational Qualifications and technical skills
Students studying towards Bachelors Degree in Agriculture, Development Studies, Gender
Studies and Community Development, and other related fields.
Ability to perform field assignments and willingness to travel for long period of time in
difficult terrain, harsh and demanding conditions.
Committed to the humanitarian principle
Competency in office software including excel
Remuneration
Remuneration and other benefits will be disclosed and negotiated with selected candidates.
Start Date: Successful applicant is expected to start with immediate effect.
