Person Specification
Applicants must have at least 5 Ordinary Level passes, a Blockman Certificate or knowledge of how to dissect a carcass with butchery experience for a minimum of one year with valid references.
Duties
The duties shall include:
Slicing of beef
Reporting of defects or fault on the slicing machine
Assisting on the up keeping of the storerooms
Cleaning of equipment and maintaining a clean and safe environment
Any other related duties assigned by the Head of Department.
