Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the above position which has arisen at the Women’s University in Africa, Harare campus.
The incumbent will report to the Administrative Assistant, Student Affairs.

Responsibilities
Maintaining departmental inventories;
Preparing requisitions for consumables/services and making follow-ups to ensure timely provision of requested resources/services;
Typing correspondences and photocopying documents;
Answering calls and responding to emails;
Receiving and dispatching documents;
Maintaining and filing departmental records;
Assisting during departmental events such as student games, SRC elections and so on; and
Performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and experience
National Diploma/Certificate in Business Management, Secretarial Studies or equivalent from a recognised institution of higher learning;
A minimum of 5 Ordinary Level passes including English Language;
At least one (1) year experience of clerical work in a reputable organisation.
Experience in dealing with sensitive matters.
