Job Summary
The incumbent reports to the Director – Radio Services and is responsible for the implementation of the station´s strategy
DUTIES
- Plans for programming/content
- Develops the station´s strategy and budget
- Ensures that all revenue and content targets are for the station are met
- Enhances compliance of the station to regulations of the industry
- Identifies and develops new business opportunities and partnerships for business and content for the station
- Ensures audience growth for the station
- Supervises employees at the station
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Communication, Journalism and/ or Media Studies
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar role
