A leading provider of medical insurance solutions, is looking for suitable candidates to fill the position of Stakeholder Relations Officer

Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met effectively.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Partnership Management: Foster and manage partnerships with healthcare providers, industry associations, and other relevant entities to enhance service delivery and organizational reputation.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on stakeholder engagement activities, trends, and outcomes to senior management.
Compliance: Ensure all stakeholder interactions and engagements comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in stakeholder relations, public relations, or a similar role within the medical insurance or healthcare sector.

Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
