The Spa & Leisure Manager is responsible for providing hands on support and guidance to ensure services are provided in accordance with approved brand standards of performance and sequences of service. This includes to manage the department as an independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with the hotels and Hyatt’s standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Spa operation and administration.
Qualifications
The successful candidate:
- Hotel management Degree/ Diploma or relevant qualification
- Beauty/Spa Therapy qualification
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position
- An overflowing passion for people
