An exciting and challenging career opportunity has arisen within CBZ Bank’s Group Marketing Division, for the position of Social Media and Digital Marketing Team Leader, Contact Centre.
The Role-What we expect from you
Work with Contact Centre & Digital Marketing Senior Manager to implement and build on CBZ’s digital strategy.
Execute all digital marketing, including ,marketing database, email and social media for the Group
Respond to user queries from CBZ’s Holdings owned digital channels
Develop and monitor digital marketing campaigns
Evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer points
Establish CBZ Holdings web presence to boost brand awareness
Assess performance against Return on Investment(ROI)
Qualifications, Skills and experience required
A Degree in Marketing or equivalent
Possession of a professional qualification such as e.g. CIM/IMM, Digital Marketing Diploma will be an added advantage
Have at least 2 years’ experience in Marketing, Contact centre or Customer service environment
Exhibit skills in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
Demonstrate strong client focused communication and interpersonal skills.
