RETAIL SHOP
POST: SHELF PACKER – CLOTHING AND TEXTILES (1 POST)
Qualifications and Experience
Ø 5 ‘O’ Levels (including Mathematics and English)
Ø At least 2 years work experience in similar post
Ø Some experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ø Participate in stock management and control
Ø Assist customers to locate the products and goods they desire
Ø Stock shelves with goods
Ø Answer queries from shoppers
Ø Guide and give advice to customers on product selection
Ø Deal with customer complaints
Ø Keep the store clean and tidy; this includes mopping and hovering
Ø Attach price tags to merchandise
Ø Receive and display stock.
