Applications are invited for the SETTLEMENTS CLERK vacancy that has arisen within Baker’s Inn Sales & Distribution – Southern Region, Bulawayo.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be required to take full charge of all key responsibilities that include but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on dispatch records and customer orders.
- Monitor and verify daily sales and dispatch data for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly settlement reports and assist with the month-end closing process by providing invoicing and sales reports.
- Manage and maintain proper filling of financial records and settlement documents.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve settlement discrepancies timeously.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be in possession of the following minimum qualifications: –
- Degree in Accounting, Business Management or related qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Accounting software packages preferably
SAGE Pastel. - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Accuracy and attentive to detail.
