SERVICES MANAGER: FACULTY OF MEDICINE AND HEALTH SCIENCES (1 POST)
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate must be able to:
Maintain all Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences buildings, grounds and
amenities, plant rooms, teaching venues and laboratories.
Upkeep and maintain vehicle fleet in liaison with Transport and Logistics Manager.
Maintain, purchase and allocation of clinical equipment to departments for teaching
and examinations.
Supervise of Junior Non-Academic Staff.
Prepare for functions and other activities.
Ensure preparation of Examination rooms.
Ensure payment of Utility bills.
Qualifications and Experience
At least a first degree in Management/Hospitality.
Ability to provide leadership to the Support Services staff at the Faculty of Medicine
and Health Sciences.
Three (3) years’ experience in a similar role.
