Job Description
This role is responsible for enhancing the bank’s capacity to assist corporate banking customers and developing solutions that meet their needs.
Role Description & Key Result Areas
Grow the portfolio of customers in terms of number of accounts, total deposits, and the loan book.
Develop comprehensive account strategy for relationships under management.
Build strong partnerships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for efficient strategy execution.
Implement Society’s strategies for meeting customer needs and provide solutions for corporate customers.
Actively monitor trends and developments in the banking industry for the benefit of the Society.
Enforce compliance with facility approval terms, underwriting standards and regulatory requirements through regular monitoring and reporting procedures.
Promptly recognize and report any deteriorating credits to ensure discipline and quality in the portfolio.
Comply with all Society and regulatory policies.
Qualifications and experience
A Commercial/Business degree.
A Master’s degree and/or a professional qualification will be an added advantage.
At least five (5) years’ working experience in a similar environment.
